Is it possible to make oxygen from a machine?

If by machine you mean electrolysis apparatus then YES!

By running electric current through water, the following reaction occurs:

2 H2O > O2 + 2 H2

From this you can get separate containers for the H2 and O2, and end up with pure O2.

Now this is the first method that popped into my head, I am sure there are a multitude of other methods to procure O2.
