Of course it's possible! I think it'd be pretty cool. I was HUGE on the Powerpuff Girls as a kid! :)

No! One of the best things about the PPGs is their unique design and their voices. I don't think any of these things would carry over to a live-action film. If the characters had more humanistic qualities, maybe, but those eyes; hair; appendages (or lack of) would not look convincing on any human actress. I could maybe see CGI of the girls inserted with live actors, but it just wouldn't be up to snuff. I don't want to see a PPG movie that can't properly portray ALL of the characters (villians included) and I don't want to see 3 hollywood starlets ruin my favorite cartoon.
