In a saucepan? My frying pan has gone to heaven after a bit of a fire mishap [don't ask], so all I have left to make them in is a saucepan.I have one big-ish one and one small one. Would this work or is it not worth wasting eggs?

Thank you!

  1. A saucepan is fine.  Saucepans keep moisture in longer than a frying pan, because of the tall sides.  But I doubt if you'll even notice it.
