  1. Of course it can, but I think you already knew that and wanted to see if anyone else did, water is made of two components but you know that to so nevermind!

    Matter can neither be created or destroyed

    on the other hand you can combine Hydrogen and Oxygen

    So the answer is yes and no

  3. Yes, of course, Water is a compound made up of two parts hydrogen and one of oxygen. Explode them by ignition and they create water vapour.

  4. Yes, but since gases take up greater volumes, it takes HUGE amounts of the gases hydrogen and oxygen to make a small amount of liquid water.  It's feasible, but since there's so much water already around, it's a bit of a pointless experiment.

  5. Yes, of course.  Just melt some ice.
