Is it possible to make your own nuclear motor?

With current gas prices, I want to just build my own nuclear motor. Where can I find the plans to do this?

No. A reactor has a certain minimum size, thats why nuclear submarines are so massive. It's not just the reactor either you need several meters of dense shielding to protect yourself. It might be possible to convert a large truck but there is no way you will be able to amass all the material needed without an extremely large amount of cash and some high level terrorist contacts.

nuclear reactor? youd proaly get arrested for that cuz ppl that dont know how to make a nuclear reactor probably shudnt....you need rods plutonium-238 and you gotta cause a chain reaction which causes heat and heat up water and use the steam to push a generator
