  1. if you are a us citizen apply for a fiance visa, then bring her here, marry her and apply to get the green card (temporary one for 2 yrs) after that time she can  apply to  get the permanent green card and after 5 yrs she can become a us citizen

  2. If you marry her there, you file for a spousal visa at the US consulate there.  She remains in the Czech Republic until the visa is approved.  It will take about 2 years.

If you apply for a fiance visa, you must prove how and where you met, how long and how well you know each other, when and where you have been together -- prove the relationship is valid and enduring.  And you must prove you have sufficient income and assets to support her and guarantee a $30,000 bond.

She must remain in Czech Rep. while the visa is processed.  It will take about a year.  If approved, she can enter US, and you have 90 days to marry & apply for spousal visa.  This is the only way she can stay in US while spousal visa is approved.

  3. It is best to marry her there and apply for a permanent residency there at the U.S. embassy...and it take time.. allot of time...if you bring her here you need a visa...more like a tourist visa and that could take allot of time also and does not guarantee anything
