  1. Yes u can but youll hav 2 use all the high tech sci equipments........ : )

  2. yes, a chromatograph.

  3. Yes, you can choose several, and it can be ordered online.

".Simultaneously displays oxygen concentration and temperature. Serial RS-232 output allows it to be connected to a computer or data logger for monitoring and keeping results. Jumbo-size digits are 1-3/8 inches high. At the touch of a button the instrument recalls highest, lowest, and average readings. A DATA HOLD button freezes the display to capture readings."

  4. Air conditioning has a negligible effect on oxygen content in the room.

The oxygen content is basically governed by the gas laws, so that  if we lower the temperature by 3% we increase its oxygen content by the same ratio.

As we are cooling the air down, however we typically restrict ventilation, so that we use up some of the air in the room. Rather than measuring the residual oxygen, it is more straightforward to design in a heat exchanger ventilation system so that we retain our oxygen level as high as outside air.

We could do something like electrolysis of water to produce some hydrogen and oxygen if we had a good use for some hydrogen.
