Is it possible to mix 28 sec heating oil with 35 sec heating oil thanks?

  1. you don't give many details on why you want to do this, what you want to use this mix for or what ratio the mix will be.

    But if it's to run an appliance that is burning 28 sec fuel don't try. It will cost a small fortune to sort it out after as 28 sec fuel(kerosene) has different flame characteristics and require completely different burner settings than 35 sec fuel (diesel).


  2. Go with Haza - they are probably different viscosities.

  3. Not unless you want to ruin the burner inside your heating boiler.

    You should either buy a different burner or get the settings changed (i.e; nozzle, oil pressure, air setting etc ) on your existing burner to make it compatible to run on heavy oil.
