Is it possible to not ovulate on ovidrel?

I have taken ovidrel twice. The first time I took it, I got sick. I had shortness of breath, extreme bloated feeling and was sore. This time, I have had no symptoms at all. I wonder if this is a sign I did not ovulate or perhaps that last time, something was wrong. Has anyone else ever had side effects the first time, then none the next time? And is it possible to not ovulate on ovidrel? I took it on Thursday at 1:30 PM, the 9th cycle day. It is now Saturday at 9:00 PM. So I am sure that if I was going to ovulate, I would have by now.

Yes, it is possible ot to ovulate on ovidrel. Is your doc doing a blood test 7 days after the shot to confirm ovulation?
