  1. If you're referring to a high school diploma, then no, one must at least have their ged (general equivalency diploma) before entering college or just about any school of higher education.  The local county vo-tech school or community college may offer classes to obtain a ged and the vo-tech school itself may also have an 'adult high school' for an actual high school diploma.

For general career info:  http://www.bls.gov/oco and can search 'psychologists' or whatever other career that piques one's interest.  Just fyi, a person usually needs a doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psych to get a job as a psychologist.

    For US colleges:  http://www.utexas.edu/world/univ

Please steer clear of those online, for-profit schools such as penn foster, stratford career, ITT tech, kaplan, strayer, university of phoenix, capella, devry as they are merely out to 'make a profit':  http://www.capellauniversitysucks.us

  2. Yes it is.  Having a Bachelor's degree would override this deficiency in the workforce  However the rules regarding getting into (or graduating from) college are different from college to college and state to state.  I don't think this would hinder your ability to get a job at all.

For example, Arkansas allows adults to enroll in college without a diploma or GED but those individuals must obtain their GED before earning their degree.  The state of Oklahoma allows adult drop outs in college and will even award them a high school diploma (yes, an actual HS diploma) after completing 30 college credit hours.

Be aware, many colleges allow adult drop outs to enroll but have strict rules regarding financial aid eligibility.  You have to pass an ability-to-benefit test to be eligible for financial aid.  So those dropouts who have more financial resources are more likely to earn their degree without a high school diploma.

    I think your

  3. Burger King would...and you don't even have to speak English, too!

  4. If you "obtain a degree in psychology" then you have completed the coursework to graduate. A "diploma" is simply a certificate that you can place on your wall. So, if you finish your degree and the school didn't mail you your diploma because you hadn't finished paying for it , then yes.
