Is it possible to obtain a passport as a convicted felon?

You won't be able to get one while you're on probation because if you have applied for a passport you will definately be considered a flight risk.

It's possible, but not guaranteed. You have to apply and see what happens.

There are certain countries that will not accept you.

International Travel may or may not be restricted by the terms of your probation. Check with your PO.
