the start of your period even if you have had a regular 28 day period for over 10 yrs now and aren't under any stress? I started on the 12th, had s*x 18th, 20th, 22nd,23rd,24th and supposed ov was on the 25th. Yesterday I had CM that looked white and today it's a little string. Could it be a delayed ov., if so why? Or could it just be an early preg. sign? Next period is the 9th of Aug.

  1. Of course it is possible. Anything is possible, or yes it may be a sign of implantation. So good luck to you!!!

  2. are you charting your temps? If you have a thermal shift than you ovulated and the CM you see is probably not delayed ovulation.  It can happen to have "discharge" that looks like EWCM after ovulation...I believe because the corpus luteum can release some estrogen...I woudn't worry about it...

Wait until the 10th and take a HPT

  3. Not to my knowledge but it may be possible. good luck

  4. It could be delayed but I'm not sure with CM being the only sign that it definitly was.  Do you by any chance chart your temps?  IMO, that is much easier to track than CM.

While it sounds like your body is pretty regular the variation in ovulation day is normal.  I typically ovulate on CD 20 but have had it vary 2-3 days either way.  If you did ovulate on CD 20 your cycle might be a bit longer than it has been...

Good luck & baby dust to ya!
