Is it possible to own your own MAC Cosmetics store?

I dont know too much about franchises and stuff, but i was wondering if one person can own a MAC cosmetics store. Kind of like how you can own your own dairy queen... I would really like to possibly open own my own makeup store. Would anyone know how to go about doing this with MAC if possible?

Mac isn't a franchise. Its owned by Estee Lauder. But you can always make up your own make-up store. I know Merle Norman offers that opportunity.
