Is it possible to partition my extra hard disk with some files with it?

I have 30gb Hard Disk, and 15gb of it have files..

All I want is make 13~15gb into another Hard Disk E:

Now, is it possible ? Without losing my important files.

What software can you recommend? Please I'm not joking here, my data is so important, and I don't have any spare HD.

Oh I forgot to mention that my main HD C: is different from my D:, and it also have 2gb left so I can't split my C: too..
