  1. Maybe you could get the child a plastic set of golf clubs to take with you.

  2. No way. A 2 year old does NOT belong on the golf course.

  3. every child is different. you could only try but be prepared to leave if not. try giving jobs to do like getting clubs or collecting balls, take books or toys.maybe a golf cart.lol can pretend to drive it when you busy but watch out for balls flying about. maybe next tiger woods;-]

  4. If it is a real golf game, the other players are NOT going to appreciate a two year old racing around chasing balls etc.  It is dangerous also.

Go to the Zoo --much more fun and he can run and play.

  5. Sure. He might like the fact of balls flying at him, like at home, daddy's balls always flying at him..

  6. No, as the Mom of two children, 5 and 2, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that neither you or your son will have fun if you take him with you on the golf course.  He will be bored, and you will be frustrated with his behaviour.  Schedule your golf for another time, and take him to the playground instead.  Even mini golf at this age won't keep his interest for long.

  7. That's a tough question. It sounds like you are a really nice Dad. Are you trying to take your son with you golfing so that you can give your wife a break? If so, good for you.

I think that there are rules about having kids under 5 on a golf course. Have you checked with the club house to see if there are rules. Golfing probably isn't the most enjoyable thing for a toddler to be doing. Maybe if you took him on a special outing somewhere else to give your wife a break then she would be willing to let you go golfing by yourself. ;) Good luck! She's a lucky gal.

  8. Sure.  Miniature golf, that is.
