Is it possible to prepare and crack IAS examinatins while working with an IT company?

hello friends, i am in final year of engineering and will be joining an Indian IT company later this year.. is it posible to prepare for civil services while working , that too in IT industry where one has to work long hours??

You can be good in business, communication, Current Affairs and Quans... This is 70% of preparation in civil services. (Me too doing the same)
