Is it possible to purchase a baby hyena?

I own a 77 acre ranch in texas w/ high gates around the whole perimiter, i have long wanted a hyena as they are my favorite animals on earth even since i was a small child, does anyone know how i could get one to raise him up on my property as my own? I am well off financially and could handle food/health maintinance w/ no problem regardless of cost.

No, not legally.  There are organizations that will let you sponsor one.

u could ask the guy at natural bridge caverns animal park but i think it is agiant the law to have 1

I don't know if you can get one but I would love one too. I live on 20 acres but I cant get one because I have horses and cows- sound like a recipe for disaster!!!
