Is it possible to put a downloaded image from the web onto a canvas print?

I have copy and pasted a great picture of Audrey Hepburn and saved as a jpg file that I would love blown up and put onto a approx 18-20x18-20" canvas print. Would be this possible??

  1. the copyright issues here are endless...you want to open a pandora's box of lawsuits, or your some kind of glutten for punishment, or you just ain't got no sense at all.
