so we want to put a hand or foot pump sink in our conversion van I need something that will pump the water from the holding tank using no electricity does something like this exist if so where online can i get it?

Go to any RV store for these things.

Yes, it is. I had a lever style pupmp in my old class A motorhome (cira 1971). Similar pumps are still around, used in RVs and boats. Check at your local RV center, or boatyard.
