I was wondering if you could put subs in an Avalanche because my friend has a tundra and his subs take up two of his seats, and my other friend has an F-150 and his takes up a seat. Is there any way i can put subs in the bed of the truck so i dont have to sacrifice one or two seats???

  1. they make boxes for the avalanche that hides the speekers under neather the seats so that u can have a bid system and not take out ur seats u just have to do a serch on the net for it

  2. My brother-in-law has two twelves in his Avalanche.  It has an enclosure behind the rear seat.  It does take up a little room in the cargo area, but it is possible.

  3. its not hard to build your own box if you don't want to spend the money for a pre-made enclosure.  There are plenty of tutorials online, google it.  Otherwise, they make vehicle specific boxes that fit the exact contours of your vehicle.  Your friends must have some really oversized boxes if they are losing seating.  I've never seen such a thing, most pickups you can fit a box under the rear seat easy.

  4. yes you can ive seen them in there also you can call crutchfield and they probably have a enclosure that fits under your seats
