Question:

Is it possible to "have" to be worried about something constantly?

It seems as if over the past year i have constantly had something that keeps reemerging that just bothers me. Different things.

It started off about a year ago with my yearbook. I put in a quote and our "senior prophecy." Then it bothered me all summer long and i had it taken out at the last minute.

It has happened continuously over about the past year or so. It's stigmas that I'm afraid of in part. It's like i'm afraid to attach certain things to myself.

What is this? Has anyone else experienced this? and how do i oversome this?

  1. Maybe as a child you were used to having to worry about  things all the time, that when you finally didn't "have" to, you subconciously kept finding something to worry about, out of habit perhaps. It's not uncommon, but it's not exactly healthy for yourself either. Just tell your self "there's nothing to worry about, there's nothign to worry about, it will be ok". Good luck =]
