  1. The answer is, it depends.  For a lot of people, the realization has not happened yet.  Go to a zoo and stand near the primate exhibit and observe people looking at chimpanzees, gorillas, and/or orangutans.  Some humans seem to be aware that they have some things in common with their fellow apes, while others only see a lower animal.  Judging from the way we as a species generally treat other animals, it sometimes seems as if humankind is determined to be the only living creature on earth!  Then again, some of us truly value the relationships we have with members of other species.

  2. Barring time travel and personally interviewing all our sentient ancestors, no it's not possible to "know" precisely when.

  3. Most advanced information handling machine from god's factory than the advance danimal

  4. No we aren't real my friend, everything surrounding us know is artificial beliefs. Hold on to yourself.

  5. In the time frame accepted as the epoch the first homosapien species were the result of evolution, they were truly only slightly differentiated from the ancestor they evolved from.  Bipedal ability gave them more agility, and increased the amount of territory they accessed in their migration.  I have no supposition as to the time frame our early ancestors  recognized their distinctive change.  However, it seems to me that the ability for cognitive abstraction was one of the most vital developments in the survival of our species. The ability for articulated language was a gradual development and as far as is known at this time, was not possible at the time of our evolution.   Because of the lack of development of our larynx, discovered in the finds of the remains of our early ancestors, vocalizations amount to "ughs, and grunts", with a lot of body language used for communication.  I find the process of human evolution extremely interesting.  Language was a slowly developing ability, and was, I think, one of the most important developments that provided that contributed to the communication of abstraction.

  6. When Darwins evolutionary theory was accepted by the scientific establishment. the paradigm shift from "god created all the species as we see them today a few thousand years ago" to "every species we see today evolved from a common ancestor over hundreds of millions of years" was traumatic at the best of times.

  7. When we discovered the ability to make tools and use them to hunt for food.

  8. The problem is, that even today, not all "Creationists" are aware of this, which means that the transition of this realization is still taking place...

  9. Yes, it is possible to know when and where man originated.  There are teams of anthropologists scouring the Earth for evidence.  In addition, new technology has allowed anthro-biologists to map our DNA lineage through both maternal and paternal lines.

  10. That's a good question. I don't think there's a recorded answer anywhere that could put the question to rest, once and for all. I think around the time that human consciousness reached the level to comprehend where we fit in the world, was probably also about the time that man began contemplating religions, which usually set man apart from the animal world.
