  1. no there aren't ferry boat between italy and lybia, except the boats of illegal immigrants, you have to go in tunisia, tunisi is linked to cagliari (in sardinia), sicily, naples, and genoa


  2. yes, i took a ferry from palermo to naples a few weeks back, it was an overnight ferry, i'm sure they run to and from tripoli as well.
