Is it possible to record a t.v show onto a dvd?? I have DVR with Disn Network?

i want to record a 2 1/2 hour show onto a dvd so that i can watch it as a movie some other time. i already have the show to be recorded in the DVR when it plays.

how can i do this?

You need to connect the output of the dvr to the input of the dvd recorder (either hdmi or component and audio cables). Switch the tv to the dvd recorder input, start the dvr'd show and hit record on the dvd recorder.
