Is it possible to record from my digital freeveiw box?

just plug it into your dvd/video recoder, then plug that into the tv

Yes u can but tune it to digital,

analogue theres no point in having one

Sorry....If its a digital box then it is showing digital channels...by definition...if your tv is showing analogue cnannels then the digi box is not tuned in, or you can;t get a signal...and yes you can....but you can only record the channel you are watching unless you have a double digi tuner...comprende...

Yes. If your freeview box is connected by scart lead, you need to use "imput select", on the recorder remote, to find the AV channel it is using. You have to have the digibox turned on, and the correct  channel set, to record.
