Is it possible to recover erased pictures and or videos from my camera?

does anyone know if you can get something that you accidently deleted from your camera back like recover it or something...is that pissible?

There is recovery software for hard drives - if your camera is using flash media... possibly this may work. Haven't tried it though.

If deleted from tape, no way. But if from hard disk drive or flash drive, you might get lucky:
