I had a kind of traumatic experience a few months back and while I feel a bit better now, I wonder how long I will go on constantly feeling that people are out to victimize me. I think its called hypervigilance. I get depressed very easily now, and I think it is tied to this experience also. I just don't know what to do anymore. Is there any way I can help myself? Any coping strategies that someone knows? Any ways I can help myself stay positive?Any words of advice would help me a lot.
