Question:

Is it possible to remove all the marbles in a game of chinese checkers?

is that the objective? or is it just getting to the lowest # of marbles?

  1. I think you're asking on two different questions:

    1) It sounds like you are asking about the marble solitaire game, where the goal is to get to one marble at the end of the game.  It is possible to get to one marble, but because of the rules of the game, you cannot remove that last marble.

    2) In the game Chinese Checkers, or Halma, the purpose of the game is to get your pieces across the board into the goal area by jumping over your pieces or your opponent's pieces.  In this game, you don't remove any pieces, but you move the pieces from your base area to your goal area.
