Is it possible to rent an acoustic guitar just for a day or two? And if so, about how much would it cost?

You could probably find one in a pawn shop cheaper than you could rent one for a couple of days. I personally have never heard of renting a guitar. Call your local music store and see what they say. I wouldn't pay anymore that 10 to 15 a day and that would have to be a nice guitar.

Probably, call around to your local music stores and ask. No clue what they would charge, but I'll bet there will be a deposit involved in case you break it.
