Is it possible to reorder items in the database/file areas of the group?

The order things show up in the database/files area is inconvenient for my members. Is it possible to reorder these?

I don't use the database much, but for the files I only know one way and it was to save it all to my computer, then delete the whole files/ folders from the group, then start all over.
