  1. You can spray paint it without harming your board.  If you're artistic you can even use paint pens, colored sharpie or acrylics to paint your board.  Just clear coat it after your done to protect it.  No guarantees on the how long your paint job will last but if you take care of your board by keeping it in a day bag or sock and not leaving it in the sun it will last longer.

  2. Don't do it, it will only reck your board.

  3. you can use spray paint, and make wicked designs. Just don't make the coat of paint too thick.

    It won't ruin your board.

  4. It is possible to spray paint your board. However, sooner or later the paint is going to chip and peel, and your board will look pretty messy. Now, if you don't care, neither do I. But if you might want to sell or trade in your board, you just lost value, big time. It is even possible to add a coat of tinted resin (but that adds some significant weight and requires a degree of skill). Bottom line is, it's your stick, and if you want to 'customize' it, go for it.
