Yeah, but it may require a little work. You'll need to make the hole that your pickup fits in about twice the size it was for the single coil. On the plus side, the wiring is exactly the same for both pickups (unless you replace a passive pickup with one that is active, but thats a whole other story), and a humbucker will give you thicker, heavier sounding tone.
