Is it possible to restore photos on a flashdrive once deleted? please help

I did something really bad I deleted the wrong photo on my flash drive and now an entire 5 years of photos are missing, is there ANY way to restore the files I deleted.

You could try scanning the flash drive with Recuva - free here

it has an easy to use wizard - set it to scan for images files and then point it to the drive letter the flash drive has in My Computer when it is plugged in.
