Is it possible to send an e-mail to a member of the staff on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship?

If you know their email address, it is simple. If not, it's a long shot, but I'd go to RCCL's website and click on contact us and hope they will forward your message to the staff member you specify.

You would have to know their personal email.  Most crew members don't have rccl email addresses.

And there are on average more than 900 employees per ship.

Possibly, with a whole lot of digging.  The chances are probably slim though as there are minimally more than a hundred employees per ship.
