  1. Lying down is fine, as long as you take care not to fall asleep.  Meditation is work, as much as any other mental exercise is.

The only 'wrong' meditation posture is one that causes pain to your body or loss of circulation.  Use a position that is comfortable to you.

  2. Meditation is mainly concerned with mind and body posture has little or no effect on it.

Meditating while laying down on the bed is ok, but you should keep aware that you can easily fall asleep on bed.

  3. Hello

    Yes you can sit wrong.

If a position is uncomfortable for you it is wrong as is lying down as it can make you fall asleep.

    Sadhara

  4. Meditating is just thinking. To do a good job of it, just get comfortable.

  5. Yep it's fine. There are no rules.

  6. Don't fall asleep.

It is fine, the point is relaxation.
