  1. Is it possible?  Yes.

    Is it likely?  No.

Look abroad to where healthcare systems are tried.  The free market in the USA has resulted in American kids dying at far higher rates than they do in western countries with universal healthcare despite the USA spending more money on healthcare PER PERSON than any other nation on Earth.

  2. First of all, kick out the health care managers, restore the doctors to running the hospital and you will see improvements.

Having a MD and field experience should be mandatory for all hospital administrators.

  3. As far as my knowledge, this is a question with various answers,it is really depending on the mind of yourself, providing a great resource here for reference though.http://health-insurance.onlinebestoffer....

  4. Yes...

Allow the PATIENT to choose the malpractice insurance coverage he or she would like to pay for.

    The policies can range from:

"Not insured for this procedure" (basically a waiver)

    to:

"The sky is the limit" (whatever ridiculous settlement a jury will award)

If most people are like me they will select a reasonable amount of coverage.

  5. It would be pretty to think so.
