you just put them inbetween your fingers and squish...it's very simple really, i can't believe you didn't know that, and if you didn't you should have tried before you made a fool of yourself on the internet, also you do have teeth.

Haha good question, maybe not with your bare hands but imagine all the possibilities:  steam roller, hammer, drive over them with a monster truck, a dentist's drill, a stilletto etc.  this list could go on for days.
