  1. Yes, you can start a Limited Company with way way less than that, anything from about a hundred quid up i believe.


  2. It's pretty normal in the UK to start a limited company with £100 capital. I've done it a couple of times myself.


  3. It depends what you mean and how much capital the business needs. If you just mean authorised share capital then I hink it could , theoretically be £1. As someone said it is usualy £100. Then you can issue shares to several owners and keep some unissued. If you mean working capital then it depends on your cash flow, burn rate etc. Only you can decide that. At least have a years cash flow forecast.
