I am a senior in college. My GPA has fell really low and it is going to be really hard for me to graduate with a 3.5 GPA. Anyway I was wondering if it didn't workout for me could I still keep my associates and start over with a new record for my bachelors? Or is it going to follow me around my entire life. I feel like the dumbest person in the world right now. Thanks I appreciate you comments.

  1. Most colleges require a 2.0 GPA to graduate. Just graduate with that at the very least. Nowadays many universities, even community colleges offer "academic renewal, academic amnesty, etc." Its a type of academic forgiveness where they take away your bad grades.

Usually you need to take a break from the college for 5 years, come back the 6th year, take some courses, and they will renew your transcript. Ask your college what is their policy on this.

EDIT: Well academic amnesty is for those who want to improve bad grades from the past, if you can keep it at least a 3.0 or even a 2.0 then apply to medical school. You know don't give up on yourself. Give yourself a chance!
