If you had all the funds can you start your own casino? Do you have to be an from a Indina tribe?

  1. In most states casino gaming is restricted to indian reservations where the casino resorts are owned by the tribe, not individual members, the tribe.

    In some states casino gaming is limited to a few large resorts in restricted gaming areas.  Those casino are owned by large public corporations, not tribes.

    In Nevada anyone with some money, a little business sense, and good character can open a casino.  If I had $11 Million today I would call my lawyer tomorrow morning and begin the process of buying a casino property in Las Vegas.  I have several years of casino experience.  I have business acumen.  I have a property in mind.  I just need the investors.


  2. Uh... most casinos these days are NOT run by natives.  Wow... ignorant people.

    Besides, you need a gambling license, business license, lots and lots of money...
