Is it possible to successfully cross breed Earth life with extraterrestrial life ?

without any artificial means like gene or DNA manipulation, grafting, etc? What are the chances for doing this like on the first attempt?Sorry if I worded this question like I did.

No. Humans, and all other creatures, can only successfully create offspring with another member of the same species. Without DNA manipulation it would be impossible to create such a life form.

Since no such life has ever been found, one cannot say for sure, but the odds are very strongly against it.

we will study it

who knows, maybe they will have DNA or RNA

if they do, then we will be able to use that

Since we have no examples of alien life, it's impossible to say for sure... but the answer is almost certainly no.  

In fact, I'd say it would probably be quite difficult for us to do it artificially, even.  Our genetic instructions are coded in DNA with four letters (essentially), aliens almost certainly do not use the same four letters or even DNA.  They also would be unlikely to use the same proteins, enzymes, or (ahem) delivery methods we do.

Cross breeding and cloning large organisms is still in it's early stages (look how long it took to make dolly, 277 attempts).

Well, just like the previous answer, it is too difficult to tell. As you know DNA is double stranded and as the four letter alphabet ATGC. Since we do not have the genetic material of the ET organism, then this question is impossible to answer at this time, due to lack of information. Who knows, the ET DNA (if they even have DNA) could be a four stranded molecule, a plasmid like structure, or contain more or less letters of our DNA alphabet and the list can go on and on. Don't kid me wrong, this is a good question, but since there is no information on this topic, the question cannot be answered at this time.
