Nope. Brain transplants haven't been tried yet... (& with the way SOME people act like "Animals" as it IS- I DOUBT it'll be attempted any time soon...).  :)

It is possible to change your external appearance to look like an animal, but it would never turn you into an animal.

Even if surgery can give you wings, it doesn't mean you will  be able to fly, your body, DNA, lungs, etc. weren't made for flying.

technically yes, but it would not completely change you and it would cost a whole lot of money and no doctor is probably willing to do that for you.
