Is it possible to swich graphic cards if...?

I don't have the CD that came with it, because it came with another computer, now this computer is acting horrible, and can i throw it into a different computer if i don't have this disc?

If you mean the driver CD, there's no issue with that. You just need to know what is the graphic card brand and series and you can download the driver from the manufacturer website

Certainly, you can read information from label, and then download driver from manufacturers site.

You can recycle your old graphics card to a new computer. Nowadays not having the installation disk is not a problem. Every manufacturer has a website built with software back up. Look around on the card to find out who the manufacturer is and what the model is. Then try to locate the software on the manufacturers website.
