  1. Who are you running from?

  2. well you say you guys have tried everything and i don't know what that means but you should both try to talk with the principal or superintendent (whoever makes the decision) about why you want to go and how can you go.  also if you are a good student and have a good reputation regarding your behavior in school ask your school to recommend you.

  3. Typically, the only way to go to a school out of district is to apply and then, if you're accepted, pay tuition there. It can get really costly, but if your family can afford that, go for it!

  4. Hate to break it to you, but you're out of luck.  Schools are funded mostly with property taxes, so it's difficult to move to a school where you don't live (because you'd be benefiting from the school without paying towards its upkeep).  There are only two ways that I know of that could POSSIBLY make it feasible.

1:  If your school is failing AYP (which is something the school office can tell you- basically, it means that your school is horrible and test scores don't go up), you can apply for a boundary exception.

2:  If you know anyone who lives in the district where you want to go, switch your legal address to their house and apply that way (this is risky, even though it happens all the time.  If they check on it, you/your folks could get in trouble).
