Is it possible to tailgate for baseball games???

same way people tailgate football games, concerts or any other big crowd event!

you drop the tailgate, crank the music, fire up the grill and crack a cold bevy and enjoy !!!!!

we did it at a kenny chesney concert as well as a phillies game recently!

Some parks don't allow it (the Dodgers). I've seen people tailgate at Angel Stadium. You just have to check the team website to see if they allow it or not.

Sure, why not?.  Yes, I have done it.  Most ballparks (not Wrigley) have a parking lot.  Get to the game early, park, tailgate.  

Am I missing something about the question?  Why would you think you can't tailgate?
