Is it possible to take AP tests without taking the course?

If so, where can I find the list of all available AP tests?

  1. As everyone else has said, it is possible. However, students tend to do better on the language tests if they have not taken the course.

    I suggest you take the CLEP tests, they are much easier and work about the same.

  3. Yes you can just make sure you're well prepared. Collegeboard.com offers listings of AP exams.

  4. You would just have to talk to your conselor at school and pay. To find the list of all available AP tests, go to collegeboard.com, click "students", click "AP" (under collegeboard tests), and then click "37 courses and exams" under "Why participate?"

  5. Definitely...sometimes it's better to not take the course. Go to collegeboard.com to the AP section and it'll tell you all the tests.

  6. yes you can klep out of it just ask your teacher and testing center
