Ive been on the High school track team since my freshmen year but this year (my junior year) ive really found a love for it. I run the 100m dash in 13.28 and iwant to get it down around 11.3 and i run the 400 in about 65.8 and i want to get it down around 56. track season just ended and there is roughly 10 months before my senior season. i am more than willing to train everyday but are my goals capable of doing in that amount of time?

  1. no offense, but i know a 6th grader fthat can run the 100m as fast as you...

  2. Yes those are goals are very possible. You just have to train everyday.  I'm not that sure about the 100m but i know the way people get there 400m time down is by running miles.

  3. yess defiantly. you just have to train like a mad-women, but your times are already awesome and every second down counts and improves your time ! (: it is defiantly possible. a good training method is pyramids, it makes you quicker and faster. do something like thisss :

    - 200 meters

    1 min REST

    - 200 meters

    1 min REST

    - 400 meters

    1 min REST

    - 200 meters

    1 min REST

    - 200 meters

    1 min REST

ask your coach for 'splits' or times you should be at each 200, and the end of your 400. even though your probably already know this.

KEEP IT UPPPP ! good luck with your senior season (: <3
