  1. No, and the iPod Touch does not have a hard drive. It uses solid state flash memory(the same stuff is in digital cameras). The iPod shuffle and nano also use this, so the iPod classic is the only one left that still uses a hard drive.

  3. sorry man but thats definatly not possible.If it was the procedure to do it would cost about twice as much as the device.
