  1. You can ferment anything that has sugar in it and make alcohol.

  2. I've heard prisoners make alcohol using bread and water, but I wouldn't want to taste it!

Just wait until you're 21, it'll happen soon enough!

  3. Sure. The basic principle is to simply add yeast, but this will not come out sweet like Woodchuck cider or other types you buy at the store because the yeast will use nearly all the sugar. Further you should probably use a yeast that is well suited for brewing a cider. Lavlin EC-1118 works great if you have a homebrew shop nearby where you can buy some.

Here is a recipe I tried and love: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article...

One other note...Make sure to use apple juice with no preservatives! Good luck!

  4. Add some apple cider (like strongbow) to apple juice and wait for a few days.

  5. Yes and you really don't need the yeast. Put the apple juice is a sterile bottle, cut up a fresh apple and put it in the bottle, (This will supply the enzymes needed for fermentation) cover the top with a balloon to allow for CO2 gas expansion. Put it in a warm place for several weeks.

But better yet use Apple Cider

  6. add some brewers yeast, keep it cool, you don't want vinegar.
