Is it possible to take pics of things on your computer without a web cam?

well i wanted to take pictures on my computer of me and my friends online to post on my zwinky page,but nobody knew how to.i don't have a web cam,so i just wanted to know if there is any way to get around that.btw if anyone wants it my zwinky user name is imanidior909.thx guys xD

Tap the "Print Screen" (it could be labeled "PrtScn" or "PrntScrn") button on your keyboard. It can be found near the top, to the right of all the "F" keys (F1, F2, etc) and often in line with the arrow keys

Open Microsoft Paint. To do this, click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint. Click inside the white part of the screen.

Go to the Edit menu and click Paste or you can hold Ctrl (The button in the bottom left corner) and V.

Click File > Save As. In the box that pops up, change the "Save As Type" to PNG. Type in a filename for your image. Choose a place to save, like the Desktop, and click save.

Yes, you can take a screenshot of whatever is on view on your computer screen at any time. On the top-left of your keyboard there should be a button that says "Print Screen" or "Prnt Scrn". if you press that button (or ALT+ that button for your active window only, instead of the whole screen) it will copy the picture on your screen. Then just open paint and paste (CTRL+V) the picture and save it.

you have to have some form of optical device like a digital camera, cell phone with a camera, or a scanner that you can use to scan a photo.

If you have a digital camera you could take pictures and then transfer them over to you computer. Or, you can take pictures with a cellphone that has a camera on it and send it to your email address. ... other than that... No webcam no pictures.

If you want to take a picture of your computer screen then you can hit the print screen button, this will take a screenshot and save it to your clipboard. then you need to open paint and go to edit -> paste.

If you are asking if you can put pictures of yourself then no. you would need a webcam, or a digital camera with a link cable, or SD memory card and a  SD reader.
